CONCEPTUAL MODEL FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ELECTRIC GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT IN GROUND HANDLING ACTIVITY IN INDONESIA

T This research aims to develop a model for the implementation of electric ground support equipment (E-GSE) in Indonesia. It employed qualitative and quantitative method. Data were collected through interviews with airport stakeholders including handling, airline experts. The data analysis used Analytical Network Process (ANP) Super Decisions software tools. ANP is mathematical theory that can be analyze influence approaches assumptions solve related problems. key from airlines, authority agreed critical criteria implement are emissions standards, pollution sources, limit value, employee exposure, stationary measurements. alternative solutions regulation, company finance, infrastructure. Those line Indonesian government’s supported by provision governor, concerning vehicle tax incentives battery vehicles handling companies investment reduce airports.
